Seeking a live band — Rocktober, Tuesday Oct 27 in Melbourne (paid gig)

Hi Space Coast! I'm Danielle, Marketing Director at Space Coast Auto Auction in Melbourne. We're looking to hire a band for our biggest event of the year and figured this was the right place to ask. A little about us: we're a dealer-only wholesale auto auction on Electronics Drive and we've been part of the Space Coast for almost 30 years. Every October we throw "Rocktober" — 2026 will be our 12th annual. It's a rock-themed night for our dealers with food, prizes, and a full auction. This year we want live music. The details: Tuesday, October 27, 2026 2870 Electronics Dr, Melbourne — outdoors, under our pole barn One thing to know up front: our auction starts at 5PM and runs about two hours. Our auctioneer needs the room during that stretch, so music can't run through it. That gives us two ways to do this and I'd love pricing on both: Option A — One set, 3PM to 5PM. Music while dealers arrive, walk the lot, and grab dinner. Then we hand off to the auction. Option B — Two sets, 4PM to 5PM and 7PM to 8PM. Same opening energy, plus a set after the gavel drops. Fair warning: auctions don't always end exactly on schedule, so that second set could shift 30 minutes either way. If a stage is needed, we'll rent and set one up — just tell us what you need in terms of size, power, and space. If you're interested, let me know: Are you available that evening?
