New: Simple Accounting Tools for Bands

Published on June 11, 2026

Space Coast Live now includes basic accounting tools to help local bands keep track of gig money, expenses, and payments in one private place.

Band owners can access the new Accounting feature from My Bands. From there, they can add income and expenses, review totals, and keep a simple transaction list for the band. This is a private management tool for band owners and is not shown publicly on the band page.

Bands can track income such as gig pay, merchandise, tips, royalties, sponsorships, private events, and other income. Expenses can include equipment, musician payments, travel, meals, promotion, advertising, supplies, recording, rehearsal space, dues, insurance, and other costs.

Each entry can include the date, amount, category, payment method, description, notes, and reference number. Income can be tied to a venue or entered manually, and musician expenses can be tied to band members or entered manually. The Accounting page also shows income, expenses, and net total, with filters to help band owners review their transaction list.

Band owners can log in, go to My Bands, select their band, and try the new Accounting feature.
