Event Title: Melbourne Municipal Band Concert: The Greatest Generation
Event Story: Free Event. Featuring Staci Rosbury, Conductor, Dr. Dan Bolin, Guest Conductor, and David Ewing, Trumpet Soloist. This patriotic concert will honor our veterans as Dr, Bolin conducts a piece he commissioned from composer Julie Giroux. The Greatest Generation honors his father and the other military men and women from World War II. We will also feature David Ewing on Alfred Reed's Ode for Trumpet. Pre-show entertainment by New Horizons Band. Food and beverage can be purchased at the event. Doors open at 6:00.
