CHANGES is a 4-piece band whose members are as follows: Bruce DelGallo Guitar/Harmonica & Lead Vocals Ceasar "D" Flute/ Tenor & Alto Sax & Lead Vocals Joe West Bass Guitar & Lead Vocals Billy James Drums & Vocals We also have a new band an off shoot of "CHANGES" called "HARTS & JOKERS" which features female lead vocalist LISA MCDOWELL*BILL HART*JOE WEST* & BILLY JAMES Bill Hart Guitar & Vocals Lisa McDowell lead Vocalist We perform a variety of music including Pop Rock R&B and Blues We strive to play songs that other bands don't play!
